The Anticipated Work-Family Conflict scale, Coping Style scale, and NEO Five Factor Inventory were administered in order to measure the participants\u2019 WFC perception, coping style preference, and personality traits. A multiple regression analysis revealed that neuroticism was the greatest contributor in predicting anticipated WFC perception in undergraduate students. However, none of the coping styles significantly predicted WFC.
