Method : this is a descriptive research study that involves online data collection using three surveys, the Index of Marital Satisfaction (IMS), the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), and a demographic questionnaire. The study involves 22 triads for a total of 66 composed of 22 employees, their 22 supervisors and the 22 spouses of the employees.
