Ten sport psychology practitioners (M= 37.80; SD= 6.23) were interviewed about their experiences with and approaches to working with teams to enhance social cohesion. A total of 395 meaning units were used to create fifteen sub-themes and two over-arching main themes: Understanding Social Cohesion and Facilitating Social Cohesion.
