Survey responses from 74 participants were obtained from African American males who were employed full-time as university faculty across the United States. Most participants, (4 1.9 %) were between 36 and 45 years of age. A multiple regression was performed to assess the effects of the three predictors: organizational culture, job involvement and prejudice across context on organizational commitment. Pearson correlations were computed to determine the relationship between organizational commitment, job involvement, organizational culture, and prejudice across context. Organizational commitment and organizational culture were significant: [r (74) = 0.31, p \u2264 0.006].
