Abstract:
This study investigated the relationship between creative styles, as measured by Kirton’s (1976) Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI), and moral judgment as measured by the Defining Issues Test, version two (DIT2), (Rest & Narvaez, 1998). Twenty-seven emerging leaders from South Florida completed both the KAI and DIT2 measures. Correlational analysis revealed that KAI scores were positively correlated with DIT2 scores. However, due to the small sample size, study replication is needed with larger groups for more conclusive results. Implications and recommendations for future research are discussed.
